Beach Tree Holdings is the parent company of the strategy and analytics firm, Beach Tree Decisions, and an incubator of new business ventures. In 2026 we are seeking to build aggressively on a 7 year track record of exceptional client relationships and results.

We are seeking a full time data analyst to support client work and new venture formation. This remote work role involves roughly equal weighting of the following responsibilities:

• Data transformation and automated reporting development
• Ad hoc data analysis, visualization and predictive modeling
• Management of recurring manual reporting and business processes, including data gathering, interpretation, and client communication
• Non-client special projects based on candidate skillset and business opportunity: could include data engineering projects, new business prototyping, research, etc.

As a small and ambitious firm, we need candidates who are flexible and enthusiastic problem solvers.

Candidates in the Boston area will be prioritized. While the majority of work will be remote, occasional in-person working sessions are expected.

While we do not expect individual candidates to possess all of the following qualifications, a candidate with a breadth of experience is valued. Candidates should be motivated to learn new skills and tools.

• 2+ years professional full time experience working with data in a for profit business context
• Experience with data preparation, transformation and modeling
• Power BI data modeling and programming (DAX)
• Data visualization in Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in SQL, R and/or Python
• Predictive modeling
• Cloud database administration and automation (Google Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, DBT, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and execution, including the major digital advertising platforms
