• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security
• Perform open-source intelligence analysis on corporate ownership and supply chain risk assessments
• Identify malign foreign influence and evaluate conflicts of commitment and interest
• Utilize data analytics platforms to enhance analysis and provide actionable insights
• Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed written deliverables

• Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RTES-related risk analysis and due diligence
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in relevant fields
• Understanding of regulations related to the Department of Energy, including NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act
• Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, Python, and other advanced data analysis tools

• Experience in risk reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in technology transfer risk analysis and intellectual property protection
