- Perform comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security
- Conduct open-source intelligence analysis on corporate ownership, influence, and supply chain risk assessments
- Identify malign foreign influence and evaluate conflicts of commitment and interest
- Analyze technology transfer risks and potential intellectual property theft
- Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed written deliverables documenting findings
- Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RTES-related risk analysis and due diligence
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in the relevant field
- Strong understanding of regulations related to the Department of Energy and RTES
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, and Python
- Experience in conducting risk assessments related to foreign influence and technology transfer
- Familiarity with NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience in fast-paced research or consulting environments
