Client Service Representative - remote

We are seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our client's team. This role focuses on assisting clients by answering questions, tracking issues, and helping resolve technical problems. You will work with internal teams to make sure client requests are handled quickly and professionally.

• Answer calls and respond to client support requests
• Log, prioritize, and resolve issues using support tools
• Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Keep clients and management updated on open requests
• Create and update basic help guides and documentation
• Process device orders through vendor systems
• Work with other teams to ensure a positive client experience
• Provide support during flexible hours as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related IT or technical experience
• Customer or technical support experience preferred
• Healthcare or health technology experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
