• Develop and manage comprehensive technical and administrative documentation for systems development programs and IT processes
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate content for technical documentation
• Maintain organized documentation repositories and implement document lifecycle management
• Create user manuals, standard operating procedures, and visual aids to enhance technical documentation
• Track and report on the progress of documentation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation development
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working with shared repositories like SharePoint for document management
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and the ability to produce user‑friendly documentation
