What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze problems, diagnose causes, and utilize troubleshooting techniques to resolve product issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to patients and medical professionals via phone and email
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions for future reference
  • Identify and report product deficiencies and suggest improvements based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Clinical degree or certification (CNA, LPN, RN, EMT) or a minimum of 3 years of related clinical experience
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven experience in product support or a related customer-facing role
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting product-related technical systems
  • Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in the medical, safety, or life‑saving products industry
  • Fluency in Spanish for improved communication with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies quickly
  • Exceptional customer service skills with empathy for direct patient contact
