* Job Description:
** The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across the centralized program governance function for the S/4
HANA migration. This role ensures that agile principles and practices are effectively applied to drive team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, foster a culture of agility, and ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
* Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of program milestones.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
* Monitor team progress and performance using Agile metrics and dashboards.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within and across teams.
* Ensure alignment of team activities with overall program objectives and timelines.
* Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution within Agile teams.
* Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
* Maintain documentation and reporting to provide visibility into team performance and delivery status.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
*** 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery methodologies.
* Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
* Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP S/4
HANA.
* Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries.
* Exposure to Agile at scale and cross-team coordination practices.
