What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or related roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
