Position Summary We are seeking a Growth and Partnership Specialist to support the VP of Growth with an emphasis on outbound sales outreach, pipeline enablement, and early-stage business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking initiative, and wants to be directly involved in driving revenue, expanding market reach, and fueling go-to-market success.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Executive teams to engage prospects, optimize workflows, maintain pipeline accuracy, and strengthen the front end of our sales engine.
This role offers exceptional exposure to high-impact growth activities and is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, partnerships, or business development within a high-growth technology organization. This is a fully remote position; candidates must be located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities Sales Outreach & Lead Engagement
* Execute structured outreach campaigns to inbound and qualified leads
* Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maintain engagement
* Support the sales lifecycle through discovery coordination, demo scheduling, and follow-up activities Pipeline Management
* Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce preferred)
* Monitor opportunity stages and ensure consistent pipeline progression
* Identify risks, delays, and gaps within the pipeline and report to leadership
* Prepare weekly updates and summaries for internal stakeholders Partnership Development
* Identify, research, and qualify prospective partners across key strategic verticals
* Conduct outreach to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
* Support onboarding, enablement, and activation efforts for new partners
* Assist in coordinating joint initiatives such as co-marketing or pilot activities Market & Competitive Research
* Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies
* Provide insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
* Support experimentation and evaluation of new offerings Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Marketing to develop outreach materials and campaign support
* Work with Product and Operations to align growth activities with customer needs
* Assist with pilot launches, demos, and partnership events Reporting & Analysis
* Track KPIs across outreach, partnerships, and business development activities
* Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations
* Deliver data-backed insights to guide strategic decisions Special Projects
* Partner with the VP of Growth on strategic initiatives, GTM pilots, and partnership programs
* Support operational improvements that enhance efficiency across the growth organization Qualifications Required
* 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities
* Highly organized with strong project management skills
* Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create insights
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Preferred
* Experience in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or tech-enabled services
* Familiarity with modern sales tools, automation platforms, or analytics systems
