At Clinia, we’re building the search and data infrastructure that powers digital health platforms across North America. As a 40‑person post‑Series A startup, we’re partnering with large enterprise clients and scaling internationally to redefine how healthcare data drives better outcomes and efficiency.

We’re looking for a VP of Product to lead our B2B SaaS platform end‑to‑end, from strategy to delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the vision, guide execution, and ensure every part of our product (design, data, and messaging) works together to create something that truly matters in healthcare. We're offering this as a fully‑remote role with limited need to visit our Montreal HQ, and periodic travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role. Partner with our CTO, Medical Director, Sales team and others to turn insight into impact, building a product that’s visionary, evidence‑based, and trusted by the people who use it. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product management, product design, and product marketing, ensuring alignment from concept to launch.

• Define and drive the product vision, translating market insight into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes across the full product lifecycle
• Connect product strategy to business performance, tracking revenue, adoption, and profitability across product lines
• Align design, engineering, and commercial teams around priorities that create real impact
• Work closely with our CTO and Medical Director to ensure innovation is technically sound, clinically relevant, and ethical
• Maintain clarity and discipline in how we plan, prioritize, and deliver product work
• Ensure design is embedded early and reflects our values through clarity, trust, and usability
• Lead product marketing with precise, developer‑focused storytelling that explains how the product works and why it matters
• Represent Clinia’s product vision across the company and with partners to ensure clarity and alignment

We hope you also have:

• A proven track record of driving product strategy and delivery in SaaS, AI, or data‑intensive environments
• Demonstrated credibility in healthcare or digital health, including familiarity with the payer and reimbursement landscape in the US
• Experience leading through ambiguity and scaling products in startup or high‑growth settings
• The ability to connect vision with execution and guide teams through complexity
• Deep understanding of product‑market fit, go‑to‑market execution, and technical product management
• Comfort collaborating across engineering, design, and commercial functions
• Formal training or certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, Product Strategy, or equivalent programs) are an asset
