Position Summary:

is looking to hire an experienced
Configuration Analyst
to provide full-time support for the U.S. Army Cargo Helicopters Program Management (PM) Office in Huntsville, Alabama. The Cargo Helicopters PM Office provides expert technical support for U.S. Army Cargo Aviation worldwide.

• Provide configuration and data management support to program management office.
• Assist in analyzing and providing recommendations for contract development across various departments such as Logistics, Technical, Fleet Management, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS) to ensure accuracy of technical, programmatic, and financial requirements.
• Assist in the development of the Contract Requirement Packages (CRP) including creating Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRL), Document Summary Lists (DSL), and Ozone Depleting Compound (ODC) certifications.
• Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
• Oversee contract data submittals, encompassing FMS, Block I, Modernization, and other Fleet Management Contracts.
• Prepare and develop briefings supporting Program Management Reviews (PMR), design reviews, and staff calls.
• Process, review, and provide recommendations for approval/disapproval of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Requests for Variance (RFV), Configuration
• Management (CM) Plans, configuration audit plans and reports, configuration audit plans and reports, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and CDRL deliveries.
• Participate in performing Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) at production contractor or subcontractor facilities.
• Review Technical Data Packages for accuracy, and compliance with engineering and technical data standards.
• Interface with CH-47F program contractors to provide guidance on program CM issues and to monitor risks and contractual compliance.
