• Administer and support CRM/, managing user setup, profiles, roles, and customizing configurations
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing training and technical support
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and user guides
• Develop and implement a new Service Cloud environment while maintaining data quality
• Conduct user testing and QA testing for Salesforce projects and enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of proven experience with Service Cloud and CRM/Salesforce administration
• Hands-on administrator experience with CRM/Salesforce, building applications using standard customizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities, including workflows and validation rules
• Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce best practices related to release management
• Experience working with Apex Data Loader and related systems
