• Experience with handling IT support calls is preferred
• Basic troubleshooting skills required
• Must be able to access and navigate Citrix

• Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Government platform
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a high-volume call environment
