The Triage Analyst will monitor Data Loss Prevention events for Proofpoint s Managed Services clients and escalate events to clients via approved escalation paths. They will assist in pulling monthly metrics from the DLP consoles to support DPAs, SPAs, and CSMs with monthly reporting. Ensure all tasks adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). Participation in annual information and network security training and spot checks may occur to ensure ongoing ISMS improvements.

Each team member must understand the importance of the ISMS and the handling of client data.

• The Triage Analyst will monitor all Data Loss Prevention events for Proofpoint s Managed Services clients and escalate events to clients via approved escalation paths.
• The Data Protection Analyst will assist in pulling monthly metrics from the Data Loss Prevention consoles to support Loss Response Analysts, Senior Program Analysts, and Client Service Managers with monthly reporting.

• Associates Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two or more years working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographies and varies by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the candidate.

The base pay ranges are provided below for transparency.

• SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: 23.56 - 32.42 USD
• California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: 17.40 - 23.90 USD
• All other cities and states: 17.40 - 23.90 USD
