• Design and implement specifications for complex software and programming applications supporting clinical systems
• Document business processes, technical analyses, and create detailed specifications for clinical solutions
• Serve as a liaison between technical and business communities, communicating complex situations clearly
• Mentor junior and senior clinical application analysts while leading workforce groups for best practices
• Manage applications, including operating systems and advanced software packages, ensuring proper configuration

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience
• Sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and programming
• Strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of Epic EHR modules, including Epic Beacon and Epic Ambulatory
• Project management experience with complete system life cycles from planning to go-live stages
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while maintaining documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, business, or a clinically related field
• Current certifications in Epic Beacon, Radiation Oncology, Epic Ambulatory, and Epic Therapy Plans-Infusions
• Experience with third-party vendor integration and HL7 interfaces
• Knowledge of clinical informatics and supporting healthcare applications
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio for workflow documentation
