• Own the business performance for Arrow’s Data & AI portfolio, including product management and sales
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for cloud, AI, and edge technologies
• Lead and mentor regional sales and marketing teams to align with business objectives
• Build strategic relationships with leading technology suppliers and empower Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Stay informed on market trends and drive innovation in product strategy and service evolution

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 12 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience managing a technology business with full P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud, and edge computing
• Proven track record in business development and product growth within a channel or distribution model
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams

• Hands-on experience with vendor technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical disciplines
