- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, network issues, and multi-product workflows
- Utilize technical product expertise to enhance customer adoption of services
- Use support tools like Salesforce and Jira to resolve customer issues effectively
- Identify product improvements and high-impact opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as XML, C#, Python, PHP, or Java Script
- Experience troubleshooting in web-based environments, including HTTP, JSON, and HTML
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration and logging analysis tools
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Docusign technologies
- Effective communication skills, particularly with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of web service APIs and authentication technologies like SAML and oAuth
- Familiarity with Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management workflows
