• Administer and support CRM/, including user setup, profiles, and customizations
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal users, providing training and technical support
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and user guides
• Develop and implement a new Service Cloud environment
• Audit and maintain data quality while developing customized reports and dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of proven experience with Service Cloud and CRM/Salesforce administration
• Hands-on experience with building applications using Salesforce customizations and automation features
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction at all organizational levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities, including workflows and validation rules
• Experience working with Apex Data Loader
• Process-driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
