• Articulate complex security problems to various audiences, including C-level executives
• Serve as the technical bridge between the employer and prospects/customers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams
• Demonstrate expertise in endpoint or network security solutions
• Work independently on multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as required

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, and Bash
• Familiarity with large-scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of the OSI model
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS
