• Own and manage end-to-end model development while guiding others in research and evaluation

• PhD in a relevant discipline or Master's with comparable experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building information retrieval (IR) or natural language processing (NLP) systems for commercial applications
• Experience in writing production code and managing software delivery
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders in an agile environment

• Publications in relevant venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGIR, or KDD
