• Assist with privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
• Respond to data subject requests (DSRs) and privacy‑related inquiries from customers and team members
• Monitor compliance with privacy representations in policies and terms, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate privacy considerations into business processes
• Support privacy incident response activities under the guidance of senior team members

• Minimum of 1‑4 years of experience in privacy compliance, data protection, legal operations, or related field, preferably at a technology company
• BA/BS required in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Legal Studies)
• Foundational knowledge of data privacy principles and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Privacy certification such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or working towards certification
• Understanding of data security concepts and their relation to privacy
• Experience working in a software or technology environment
• Familiarity with privacy by design principles
• Experience with privacy compliance tools and platforms
