• Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis
• Build tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy of commission payments
• Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, and workflows in the commission system, ensuring adherence to audit controls
• Continuously monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing
• Provide front-line user support for commissions and sales systems, including Salesforce and Docu Sign

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis
• Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills
• Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Snowflake
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with superior time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Captivate
  
  IQ and other sales tools like Salesforce and Docu Sign
• Familiarity with performing and completing audit and business controls
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing standards and company needs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
