• Manage the Epic Beaker system, including planning, testing, and implementing software to meet organizational needs
• Configure and optimize Epic environments to enhance user workflows and resolve issues
• Facilitate problem resolution and provide support to end-users, conducting root cause analysis for complex issues
• Contribute to and manage projects, updating stakeholders on progress and challenges
• Initiate process improvements and innovations to enhance current practices and workflows

• Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic environments
• Associate s degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years in lieu of degree)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 5-8 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Epic Beaker Certification/Accreditation
