Senior Client Security Analyst

• Own the end-to-end process for all client and prospect security questionnaires
• Review, triage, and assign questions to appropriate cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage timelines and ensure timely responses
• Perform final quality assurance reviews on completed questionnaires
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries from Sales and Client Success teams

• 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), risk management, or a security-focused client-facing role
• Demonstrated experience in project management or process coordination
• Proven ability to manage and respond to client/prospect security questionnaires and assessments
• Strong understanding of GRC and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and SOC 2
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor s degree in a related field
• Experience using JIRA or similar service desk ticketing systems
• Familiarity with GRC, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or security questionnaire platforms
• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISA
