• Manage and support the Epic Beaker system, including planning, designing, testing, and implementing software changes
• Configure and optimize Epic environments to enhance user experience and workflow
• Facilitate problem resolution and provide guidance to end-users on Epic applications
• Contribute to and manage projects, updating stakeholders on progress and issues
• Initiate process improvements and innovate solutions to refine current practices

• Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic environments
• Associate s degree or equivalent experience (2 years of relevant work experience can substitute for degree)
• Epic Application Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• 5-8 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Epic Beaker Certification/Accreditation
