• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
• Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
• Certified change management practitioner
