• Efficiently manage Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle, including sales handoff, resourcing, and project closeout activities
• Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders and manage project issues and risks to resolution
• Maintain and foster relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met
• Create and maintain project management methodology and process documentation
• Provide Project Management services to clients in a professional service capacity

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting services role or similar IT Project Management structure
• Experience with Agile methodology and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health

• Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools and advanced computer skills with Mac and Google applications
• Standard industry certifications
• Demonstrated successful leadership of personnel and technical projects, including the ability to lead and mentor team members
• Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing
