Oracle Techno Functional Consultant - Payroll

* Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules.
Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide expert guidance on payroll configuration, reporting, and integrations with financial systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align payroll systems with organizational objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements for payroll operations and related HCM applications.
Analyze and document payroll workflows, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
Participate in planning, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of payroll systems.
Deliver accurate and timely payroll solutions that meet project scope and departmental standards.
Engage in team and project meetings, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and related technologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful payroll operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
