HANA Conversion. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing S/4

HANA conversion projects, especially in the upper midmarket and manufacturing sectors. You'll act as a bridge between customer IT teams and our partner's internal conversion factory. Your contribution will extend to presales activities and the collaborative design of methods and tools, ensuring that our solutions are efficient and effective. • Project / sub-project management in S/4
  
  HANA conversion projects, primarily in the upper midmarket, manufacturing industry
• Interface function between customer IT and the internal conversion factory
• Participation in presales activities:
  Proposal preparation & customer presentations
• Co-design of the Conversion Factory - active further development of delivery methods and tools

• >5 years of experience in the SAP environment (consulting, architecture, project management)
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA conversions (system conversion, shell conversion with SLO technology)
• Know-how in cutover management
• Familiar with the SAP product strategy and motivated to drive it forward
• IT architecture knowledge & understanding of platform strategies
• Technical-functional understanding of SAP
• Experience with project management methods (classic & agile)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, customer orientation
• International experience and collaboration with multicultural teams
• Willingness to continuously develop
• Language skills:
  German (business fluent), English (fluent)
