Remote Service Desk Specialist Associate
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Options:
- Mon-Fri: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Alternative Shift: Sat/Sun 2:00 AM – 2:30 PM (12‑hour shifts) & Mon/Tue 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Off Wed/Thu/Fri)
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Service Desk Specialist Associate to provide technical support to IT users. This role focuses on password resets, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when necessary. You will utilize remote desktop tools to resolve IT questions and ensure timely solutions within service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle password reset requests and basic incidents; escalate complex issues to higher-level support
- Document, track, and monitor incident work orders in Service Now
- Ensure timely resolution of IT user needs according to SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely, including more complex work orders
- Assist Incident Management and the EOC during system/application outages
Service Desk / Help Desk Support, Windows 10, Active Directory, Service Now, Password Reset & Troubleshooting, Strong Customer Service and Phone Support
Preferred Qualifications- Customer Service Mindset: A natural desire to help others solve problems
- Problem‑Solving Ability:
Technical curiosity and resourcefulness to find solutions - Technical Aptitude: A+ or Microsoft certifications (MCSA) preferred, but not required. Self‑taught candidates with 6‑12 months of experience are welcome
- Initiative and ability to work independently
Entry to Intermediate (6 months‑1 year experience preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
