This position is perfect for those who excel in providing customer service and technical support to Swedish-speaking clients. As a remote support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective solutions to enhance the user experience and resolve technical challenges.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional support to Swedish-speaking customers through remote communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues associated with software and hardware products.
- Assist customers by providing clear and concise explanations while guiding them through troubleshooting processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support interactions and track all cases within the support system.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to escale and find solutions for more complex issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback on the support experience.
- Keep abreast of product updates, industry changes, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- High level of customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of remote support tools and familiar with customer management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while managing tasks in a remote working environment.
- A keen interest in technology and a desire for continuous professional development in the tech industry.
