• Lead and manage a global team of Onboarding Consultants to ensure exceptional client implementation outcomes
• Provide mentorship and career development for team members
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for onboarding experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions through the customer journey
• Champion process optimization and continuous improvement in client onboarding satisfaction

• Extensive experience in hiring, leading, and scaling teams in customer onboarding or professional services within SaaS, HCM, or payroll environments
• Proven ability to manage global implementation teams serving enterprise clients
• Strong analytical skills with experience in improving key metrics such as CSAT and adoption rates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
• Background in driving operational excellence and scaling delivery models across multiple geographies
