• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security
• Perform open-source intelligence analysis on corporate ownership and influence
• Assess supply chain risks and identify malign foreign influence
• Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed written reports
• Utilize data analytics platforms to provide actionable insights for business decisions

• Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk analysis and due diligence
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in RTES‑related risk analysis
• Understanding of relevant regulations related to the Department of Energy and RTES
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, and other advanced data analysis tools

• Experience with risk reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of technology transfer risks and intellectual property theft
