• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security.
• Perform open-source intelligence assessments on corporate ownership and influence.
• Execute supply chain risk assessments and identify malign foreign influence.
• Analyze technology transfer risks and potential intellectual property theft.
• Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed written reports.

• Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in risk analysis and due diligence related to RTES.
• Understanding of regulations pertaining to the Department of Energy and RTES, including NSPM-33 and CHIPS and Science Act.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and other advanced data analysis tools.

• Experience in risk assessment within government or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms for business decision support.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver timely solutions.
