About the job Remote ERP Training Consultant
Remote ERP Training Consultant needs 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field.
- Global responsibilities and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Milwaukee, WI, with remote options (EST or CST required).
- 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and training lifecycle.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development
- software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.
- Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
- Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion knowledge to business processes.
- Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions.
- Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use.
- Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes
