My client is a Management Consultancy that is highly ranked for workplace quality with 4000 employees and 22 locations around the world. They seek Lead UX Designer to join our fast growing team in Princeton NJ.

As a User Experience Lead, you will drive initiatives that make solutions useful, usable and desirable for people, while also meeting the business needs of our clients. We seek someone who is passionate about leveraging user-centered research and design methods to solve complex B2B, enterprise SaaS based business problems for life sciences and deliver a best-in-class user experience.

This role works across various lifecycle stages, from initial definition to continuous enhancement, as we integrate user-centered design into the work of multi-disciplinary teams and a broad range of client and engagements. You will provide expertise and direction in guiding UX strategy, research, and design, including hands‑on support for client and internal projects. You will create, execute, and synthesize various types of user research studies to discover user needs.

You will also leverage user research findings, combined with knowledge of UX best practices and client needs, to develop design recommendations and solutions for clients, including navigation and interaction strategies for various dashboards, data visualizations, enterprise applications and information systems. As a senior member of the team, you will provide thought leadership in our UX consulting practice and be an integral part of guiding our team of skilled UX Researchers and Designers.

Your expertise will enable us to provide UX strategy, research and design services to our client.
Minimum of a bachelors and 8‑10 years with experience in B2B, Enterprise, life science experience is a must.
