Alpha Recon is an emerging and disruptive risk technology company helping to improve security and risk outcomes for security companies, schools, and enterprises. As an early stage company we are looking for experienced candidates that want to gain more experience and to grow with the company.
You must have Azure, substantial Microsoft, on-prem, and cyber security experience. REMOTE positions available for stock options only initially. Must be close to full time. Salary will scale with experience and time but applicants must be entrepreneurial minded first. Alpha Recon is growing fast and the software is extremely important. We are seeking an IT security manager who has experience working on enterprise level cloud systems, on-prem, and have some Db admin experience
. Applicant should be comfortable working within a team, and lead a team, be able to problem solve and convert business requirements into secure and functional systems and documentation. Must have solid communication skills. Experience working in an agile and start up environments. Experience documenting architecture, establishing support programs, and administration layers (in Azure and on-prem). Experience helping with team internal IT support and client support programs.

Azure experience is necessary.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

• Document and protect IT architecture and cloud systems.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Coordinate and manage all security and governance programs
• Support test and secure deployment of new products and features
• Support company IT support and troubleshooting operations
• Support IAM activities

Required:

• Cyber security credentials
• IT management of on premise stacks
• At least 5 years Azure cloud IT systems experience
• Security certifications
• IT security management and support credentials

Desired experience:

• IAM experience with cloud
• Software admin layer experience
• Access control and audit experience
