Agile Specialist (Remote in US)

About the RoleAs the Agile Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Agile Practices and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders to solve critical technical problems.
Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead continuous planning and ensure visibility to a rolling quarterly plan.
- Maintain engineering team schedules and translate estimates to key milestone dates.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to stay on track.
- Remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Promote Agile best practices and educate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate communication between different teams, departments, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure engineers have necessary product requirements and UX designs to stay on track.
- Support JIRA management for teams and other tools as appropriate.
- Provide burndown charts, velocity tracking, and other Agile metrics to resolve issues with team and manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
$100,000 - $125,000 USD
