- 5-7+ years of experience managing B2B websites.
- Proven experience leading in‑house and offshore web developers.
- Solid track record of exceeding goals in fast‑paced global environments.
- Deep understanding of web design trends and industry best practices.
- Expertise in UI design and web production techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Word Press, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with SEO and GEO to optimize search results.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas and design rationales.
