The Revenue Cycle Sr. Application Analyst is an expert in operational workflows and serves as a consultant to operations through designing efficient and effective technical flows to match best in class operations. Is able to consistently and effectively translate complex technical terminology into operational requirements that align to best practice technical solutions.
The Sr. Application Analyst builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships in a multitude of divisions across the organization to ensure design criteria are well understood and solutions meet enterprise expectations. Collaborates with operations to determine the objective of their Applications opportunity/request and document the business requirements to facilitate implementation of new or improved processes/systems. Challenge operations to think outside the normal processes and promote efficiency in the way of doing business within and external to Revenue Cycle.
Identify business strengths and opportunities and offer recommendations based on best practice research for areas of improvement. Plans and manages large projects. Coordinates resources to implement software, hardware, programs, systems or processes within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Leads medium/large team efforts and provides operational and technical guidance to Applications staff. Provides detailed project design documentation, project plans and process flows to present to leadership and guide and support projects, process, website implementations or training teams.
Conducts and/or facilitates detailed and complex business analysis for large projects.
Ability to work well in collaborative team environments. Functional knowledge of healthcare and/or revenue cycle required. Demonstrated customer-oriented service excellence principals. Ability and experience understanding end user workflow and technical components of that workflow. Self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve issues and advance personal knowledge. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills, among facility customers and team members.
A quick learner and excellent communicator of software and information technology, and motivated to always learn new skills. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications. Ability to execute complex tasks through organization and details driven approach. Ability to present in a virtual setting.

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years applications, process, or revenue cycle experience required.
Advanced experience with UiPath or comparable RPA platforms preferred. Experience with LLM, NLP, and Agentic AI solutions strongly preferred. Management experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification
Required:
Certified in primary Epic module and proficient in multiple Epic modules OR relevant Intelligent Automation certifications required.
Preferred Applicant certifications should be in the following Epic Applications:
