SOX Process Analyst

For one of our clients in the telco industry, we are looking for a freelance SOX Process Analyst

For technical consulting in the context of the implementation of an overarching SOx project for the implementation of adapted and new SOx processes and controls (business and IT) in the area of legacy, finance and technology, the following services in the area of finance / SOx management are required.

• Development of project-related optimisation potentials, in particular with regard to control or risk gaps, involving the specialist areas relevant to the project
• Implementation of changed or new SOx controls and advice to the specialist departments relevant to the project
• Project-related development of the E2E process, taking into account the project-related requirements.
• Creation and consulting of solution concepts, taking into account the project-related already existing processes as well as planning and consulting on necessary steps for implementation.
• Identification of potential automatic controls as well as implementation and consulting of automation
• Project-related analysis of the requirements for a UAT standard process and the implementation of this process with the involvement of the specialist departments relevant to the project
• Analysis, consulting and further development of quality measures, in particular IPE conformity, as well as implementation of new project-related standards within the Telefónica SOx control landscape
• Advice on the requirements in the respective project and implementation of project-related tracking
• Preparation of project-related information for decision-makers
• Implementation of Sox training courses for the departments relevant to the project
