About your job

As Lead of SAP Technology
, you help determine the direction of our technical SAP teams. You are the point of contact for our consultants and a trusted partner for customers. Together with a team of experienced team leads, you supervise a diverse group of around 30 SAP experts spread across Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary and India.

You switch easily between coaching, presales and technical content. You inspire teams with new technologies, represent Amista at external events and remain involved in architecture where necessary. A role with visibility, trust and real impact.

• Leading and coaching team leads within Technology & Integration.
• Helping to shape presales: providing technical advice, estimating effort, participating in customer meetings and developing proposals.
• Remaining active as a consultant in the field of architecture, governance or development.
• Working with SAP BTP, SAP CAP, event‑driven architectures, integration patterns and cloud development.
• Inspiring the technical community with trends, best practices and new ideas — internally and at events.
• Translating strategic decisions into concrete plans for the teams.
• Managing stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Contributing to a positive, entrepreneurial and collaborative team culture.

We are looking for someone with the right mindset and drive, who is ready to play an important role in our team. You combine analytical insight with customer focus, flexibility and entrepreneurship.

• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP consultant.
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead, coach or people mentor.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP BTP (must) and SAP CAP.
• Comfortable with architecture and high‑level design (experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other ERPs is a plus).
• Interest in presales and customer meetings.
• You can translate strategy into concrete actions.
• Leadership mindset focused on growth, development and collaboration.

Amista has several offices throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. You can find us in Mechelen, Destelbergen and Harelbeke, as well as in Dordrecht and Venray. Although you will also be able to work from home on a regular basis, your main place of work will be our office in Mechelen and Venray. You will also be required to work from Hungary or India.
