** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Identify new product and business opportunities:
** Use strong business judgment and insights from internal and external signals to uncover and prioritize the most promising opportunities for Allstate now and in the future.
* ** Develop comprehensive strategies:
** Create holistic plans for selected opportunities, considering market dynamics, business models, and go-to-market approaches to craft the best path forward.
* ** Align with enterprise goals:
** Integrate new product strategies and business models with Allstate’s broader objectives to capture synergies and maximize impact.
* ** Lead cross-functional development:
** Drive the creation of new products and businesses by partnering with teams across design, technology, operations, finance, legal, and regulatory functions.
* ** Deliver successful launches:
** Execute large-scale launches of new products and businesses by collaborating with brand, marketing, sales, distribution, and customer service teams.###
