Job Summary

As the Change & Training Consultant you will lead and manage change activities across IT‑led transformation programs, ensuring that all impacted stakeholders are engaged, supported, and prepared for change. Using proven methods for each implementation type, you will apply the relevant approach for the change activities agreed within the relevant Statements of Work.

Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of the Change and Training Team, contributing to the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Deliver high‑quality business change deliverables on time as part of the project scope.
  • Apply the change & training methodology to the project or programme, including but not limited to:
    • Establish and manage a Change Network of change agents, super users and trainers.
    • Assess the impact of the transformation, quantifying scale and nature of changes across organisational groups.
    • Create, maintain and execute a detailed change action plan covering communication, training and other interventions.
    • Support the creation and execution of a communications plan aligned with the overall project change strategy.
    • Update business process maps and develop standard operating procedures with business process leads.
    • Contribute to business readiness assessments and conduct surveys to gather input on the change process.
    • Support various training activities: needs analysis, material development, course logistics, train‑the‑trainer sessions, end‑user training delivery and feedback collection.
    • Support technical configuration of change management and training tools (e.g., LMS platforms, survey tools).
    • Contribute to team development, enhancing methodology practices, and take responsibility for self‑directed learning.
    • Contribute to practice development and support business development activities.
Qualifications
  • APMG Foundation certification.
Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years working in change management, training or organisational development within large‑scale technology transformations.
  • Experience supporting OCM and training delivery in technology‑driven change environments.
  • Led specific deliverables within OCM or Training on technology‑driven change programmes.
  • Understands how OCM and training methodology components enable end users to adopt new ways of working smoothly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and effectively.
  • Quickly analyses business processes and identifies interdependencies across teams and functions.
  • Empathetic, positive, and proactive, with a strong drive to complete actions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
  • Skilled in coaching and empowering others during change processes.
  • High personal drive, good judgment, and initiative; strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and open to change; flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Natural curiosity to understand client context to enhance change and training needs and provide optimal outcomes.
  • Interest in ongoing learning.
