- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end project delivery processes including governance, risk management, and financial control
- Excellent executive communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging confidently at the C-suite level
- Experience in healthcare, governance, risk, or compliance software environments
- A calm and adaptable approach with strong judgment under pressure
- Collaborative leadership style, emphasizing influence over direct management
