• Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
• Collaborate with agencies to determine audit requirements and develop project plans with milestones
• Identify risks and facilitate their resolution while tracking audit follow-ups and remediation activities
• Liaise with internal teams and coordinate with third-party auditors to ensure accurate documentation
• Represent CJIS requirements in product development and compliance assessments, including PCI DSS and SOC standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
• IT or Security experience preferred (e.g., development, QA, system administration)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• US Citizenship required and ability to travel 25%

• Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
• Experience with compliance assessments and security audits
