Tryfacta is seeking a Senior Program Manager Louisiana State Systems (20 Years Required) for our client in Baton Rouge, LA 70802 (Remote Louisiana onsite as required). This is a temporary contract assignment. Candidates must meet all mandatory qualifications listed below to be considered.

Work ScheduleMonday Friday | Core hours between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CT
Pay RateAs per State Master Contract (Fully Burdened Hourly Rate)
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise integration efforts across Louisiana state agencies and third-party vendors
- Support statewide Enterprise Architecture initiatives
- Perform quality assurance reviews and technical documentation assessments
- Assist with budgeting, rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing
- Support federal and state financial reporting efforts
- Provide subject-matter expertise for enterprise platforms and technologies
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies
- Support executive leadership and cross-agency initiatives
- 20 years of direct experience with State of Louisiana systems (mandatory)
- 5 years working within Louisiana Enterprise Architecture environments
- 15 years of program/project management experience
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-agency state environments
- Strong background in cost allocation, rate setting, and financial reporting
- Experience with Louisiana Health & Human Services systems (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, Child Welfare, etc.)
- Experience developing APDs, APD Updates, and Cost Allocation Plans
