A leading insurance software provider is seeking a Product Support Analyst to solve complex client issues in the Property & Casualty Insurance space. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in support or consultancy and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, updating ticket systems, and contributing to knowledge bases. The position requires SQL proficiency and flexibility to work outside normal hours.

Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $103,000.
