Duration:
Until 31/03 - chance to extend beyond based on project demand
Location:
Remote working with 1 day per week onsite - flexible between Hove and London offices; occasional office visits may be required, especially during delivery and migration phases
Rate: £550 to £650 PD - Inside IR35
Must be able to interview this week and start ASAP
SDWAN migration project
- Responsibilities:
Defining the Test Strategy
Defining the Test Plan/s
Oversight of test execution for all phases of testing (including customer acceptance and post implementation verification testing) and associated defect tracking/resolution
Test Report preparation and sign-off
Service Transition activities pertaining to testing as outlined above
Technical Skillset
Network
Experience:
Prior experience in the network domain, especially with SD-WAN solutions, site connectivity, and migrations
Migration Knowledge:
Experience with MPLS to SD-WAN migrations, particularly for defining test plans and understanding testing requirements
Testing:
Ability to design and implement end-to-end test strategies, including planning test data, scenarios, and risk-based testing approaches for network services.
Testing Methodologies & Tools:
Familiar with various testing tools (functional, performance, automation) and methodologies
Test Leadership:
Experience managing testing teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and enabling distributed teams in large-scale transformation projects
Effective Reporting:
Presenting test insights and go/no-go decisions clearly and credibly to both technical teams and executive leadership
