Base pay range: $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr.

This role drives that transformation by designing AI‑powered test automation architectures, implementing predictive analytics, and redefining software quality standards.

• Design, deploy, and sustain AI‑powered test automation frameworks that generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation.
• Apply GenAI tools to evaluate testing results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
• Model user behaviors, stress scenarios, and boundary conditions to detect potential defects before they affect end users.

• Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product releases and reduce product defects.

• AI‑first mindset.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in QA automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of:
  Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools to automate QA processes.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.

Working with us:
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Compensation is $50 USD/hour ($100k/year, 40 hours per week, 50 weeks per year). Payment is weekly.
